Description:

Technical services of the desktop and laptop support service as follows.

  • Staging and preparation of laptop and desktop for deployment
  • Deployment and installation pull out and configuration of desktop and Laptop for agents.
  • Imaging, patching application installation and testing prior to deployment.
  • Formatting, cloning of desktop and laptop.
  • Preparation for delivery
  • Any patching related activities
  • Troubleshooting PC problem and software
  • Knowledgeable in ticketing system
  • Has technical knowledge of operation and functioning of Windows Operating Systems
  • Proficient in hardware/software installation troubleshooting/repair of desktop
  • Experience in troubleshooting PCs, able to manage IT desktop infrastructure, network cabling, etc.
  • Has knowledge of basic networking concepts, client-server architecture, knowledge of antivirus, server software/hardware setup and backup
  • Fast learner and able to easily grasp new technologies, software/hardware and IT concepts
  • Capable of following different procedures as per client requirements
  • Able to communicate and track IT activity with remote backend teams
  • With good communication, technical, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Is amenable to work in shifts
  • Communicate fluently in English and Tagalog
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation
  • Knowledgeable in deployment desktop and laptop
  • knowledgeable in ticketing systems
  • Assemble and disassemble the desktop.
  • On-site Support
  • Experience in MS Office Applications

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
