We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Coordinator to manage and support the booking, coordination, and welfare of models for campaigns and events. This role ensures smooth communication between the agency, clients, and talent while overseeing scheduling, documentation, and on-site needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end booking process for models, including availability checks, confirmations, and contracts.
  • Maintain an updated database of models, portfolios, and relevant documentation (e.g., IDs, contracts, clearances).
  • Assist in casting preparations and attend casting sessions and shoots as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for models before, during, and after campaigns or events.
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics (e.g., call times, locations, travel) with production and creative teams.
  • Ensure models are briefed properly and arrive prepared for their engagements.
  • Handle any on-site concerns or emergencies involving talent.
  • Monitor model performance, client feedback, and attendance.
  • Support invoicing, talent payments, and post-event documentation in coordination with the Finance team.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in talent coordination, events, or production is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to liaise professionally with talent and clients.
  • Familiarity with modeling and fashion/event production industries is an advantage.
  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible to shifting schedules.
  • Willing to work on-site or on-location during shoots and events.
