WE'RE HIRING: SALES OFFICER

Location: Lucena City, Quezon Province

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building connections and driving growth? Join our dynamic Marketing & Business Development Team as a Sales Officer

You'll play a key role in promoting our hospital services, building strong relationships with corporate clients and referral partners, and helping us expand our reach through strategic sales initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with corporate accounts and partners
  • Promote hospital services such as Executive Check-Ups, Annual Physical Exams, and Pre-Employment Medical Exams
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and negotiate corporate contracts
  • Monitor account performance and contribute to achieving revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (healthcare experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of finance principles for pricing and performance analysis
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
