Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Officer role based in Lipa. The Junior Officer will be responsible for supporting daily banking operations, assisting clients with financial transactions, preparing and processing documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address client inquiries, promoting financial products, and contributing to operational efficiency within the branch.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in banking operations, financial services, or related fields is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with consumer banking products and services is a plus.
