We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, work with data, and gain hands-on experience in eCommerce and business operations.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in data entry, data analysis, and validation to ensure accuracy
  • Update and maintain product information for eCommerce platforms
  • Support taxonomy, brand, and product attribute maintenance
  • Help process item removals and blockings
  • Perform online research to validate product and data information
  • Conduct basic website QA to ensure product details are complete
  • Assist in investigating issues reported via ServiceNow
  • Monitor emails and other communication channels
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborative activities
  • Handle confidential data responsibly
  • Willing to work on night shift and extend working hours if needed

What We're Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis or data entry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering are a plus)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months experience
  • Experience or exposure to eCommerce is a plus but not required
