As a Call Center Agent at our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and driving sales through upselling opportunities. Your key role will include offering solutions tailored to customer needs, creating a positive customer experience, and ensuring high satisfaction. You'll work within a supportive team environment and receive continuous training to help you grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone calls and provide excellent service to meet their needs.
  • Utilize your upselling skills to offer additional products/services that benefit the customer.
  • Meet performance targets such as sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continually improve customer experience and sales performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in BPO Sales, with a proven track record of upselling or achieving sales targets.
  • High School Graduate or higher.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results.
