Overview:

BPORelations is looking for a Quality Analyst Manager to oversee the quality assurance program for a Lead Generation campaign. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a strong background in quality management, data analysis, and call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to improve call quality, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Quality Analysts, providing regular coaching and performance feedback.
  • Conduct regular audits of calls to ensure compliance with company and client standards, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities to enhance sales and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales managers, trainers, and other departments to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst Manager or a similar role in a call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
