JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform topographic, boundary, construction, and engineering surveys for various types of projects.
  • Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GNSS, laser scanners, and digital levels to gather precise data.
  • Provide layout and setting out services for construction projects, ensuring accurate alignment and positioning of roads, utilities, buildings, and infrastructure.
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction managers to understand and implement project requirements.
  • Regularly calibrate and maintain survey equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field. (Licensed is a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction surveying, preferably with exposure to infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey data processing software.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and site plans.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and in varying conditions.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu and/or Sariaya, Quezon
  • Available ASAP.
