Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
  • Oversee journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and accounts receivable/payable operations
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow statements and manage daily cash flow activities
  • Prepare tax filing documentation and coordinate with external accounting and auditing firms
  • Drive process efficiency and standardization across accounting operations
  • Develop and implement internal workflows and organizational frameworks for in-house accounting processes
  • Supervise and guide the accounting team, ensuring their growth and performance development
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to management to support decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Accounting experience in Manufacturing for more than 1-3 years
  • Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, PEZA, and BIR regulations. (BIR PEZA Tax Filing Experience)
  • Experienced Accounting system (Preferably MS Dynamics)
  • Proven experience in Cost Accounting in manufacturing company
  • Financial Reporting, and HQ Coordination (preferably Japanese HQ).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
