As a Domain Sales Associate for our Web Hosting & Cloud Services account in Clark, you'll handle refund requests, investigate unauthorized charges, and facilitate payment swaps, ensuring clients have a smooth and secure financial experience.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell products via phone within a growing customer base
  • Identify and adapt to various customer needs and scenarios
  • Provide confident, knowledgeable, and friendly resolutions using cutting-edge solutions
  • Recommend new products that enhance customer branding, revenue, and productivity
  • Stay updated on client processes, industry trends, and technology
  • Utilize client-based tools for customer management and support
  • Escalate customer concerns to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Perform data entry, documentation, and case management
  • Collaborate within a team-based environment
  • Meet and maintain performance metrics and goals

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ year BPO experience (or 6+ months in web hosting)
  • 6+ months in sales (any industry)
  • 6+ months in tech
  • Proficient in computer & smartphone OS (must own a smartphone for account recovery)
  • Knowledge of domains, email usage, and web-related concepts (WordPress, eCommerce, social media, blogging)
  • Basic understanding of web hosting (PHP, MySQL, FTP, etc.) and DNS (name servers, IPs)
  • Proficient in CRM databases, product knowledge bases, and search engines
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in client industry, brand, products, solutions, and sales methodology
  • Knowledgeable in client policies, processes, and customer management
