Position Title: Embroidery Digitizer

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for an Embroidery Digitizer to create and optimize embroidery designs, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with customers and production teams. Candidates must be skilled in CorelDraw, Illustrator, and digitizing software, with 23 years of commercial experience, strong attention to detail, and solid knowledge of embroidery machines.

What You'll Do:

• Convert customer designs into digitized embroidery files using specialized software
• Create and edit designs based on customer specifications and artwork
• Adjust and optimize design elements to ensure high-quality stitching and production efficiency
• Communicate with customers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of digitized designs
• Maintain accurate records of design files and customer information
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to prioritize and schedule digitizing orders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge of embroidery digitizing techniques and software
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with production staff to ensure design specifications are met during

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in CorelDraw and Illustrator is a must
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in embroidery digitizing
• Proficient in industry-standard embroidery software
• Knowledge of embroidery machines and their capabilities
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise digitized designs
• Creativity in design and layout
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Familiarity with industry standards embroidery formats
• Degree or diploma in textile design or related fields is advantageous
• At least 3 years professional experience working in a commercial/production setup
• Experience and working knowledge with premade apparel, such as T-shirts, jackets, bags, caps, socks, etc
• An acceptable command of the English language, can express herself/himself with clarity
• Extensive experience in using different embroidery digitizing software. Wilcom Design Studio and Coreldraw working experience is a big plus
