OneMark Engineering Technologies is engaged in the business of providing and/or rendering technical services for various medical, industrial or commercial plants, facilities, or buildings including planning, consultation, project management, construction management, supervision maintenance, operation and performing other technical business process.

MAIN FUNCTION:

· Ensures that all resources required to start the construction project according to the program of work.

· Ensures and establish the layout of the construction project site has been identified and defined according to the plan and blue print.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepares project implementation plan or construction methodology prior to

project implementation;

· Prepares the bill of materials necessary to implement projects;

· Coordinates w/planning engr. for manpower loading, equipment loading, material

loading and schedule of the project;

· Set up the following resources in the project site; Equipment/Tools Safety System

Materials Labor; Temporary Facilities Quality System

· Monitors and implements project based on approved budget and schedule;

· Implements project based on quality and safety qualifications;

· Prepares the meeting agenda:

· Assignment of workers

· Company Rules & Safety

· Facilities, Materials & System, etc.

· Prepares purchase requests for the resources needed for the project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering;

· Licensed Civil Engineer

· Computer Literate

· Considerable experience in similar position;

· Strong time management and project management skills;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
