Remarkablism Services Corp. is seeking an IT Support and Project Engineer to join our Davao-based team supporting our U.S. client, —a leading technology solutions provider. This position blends technical expertise, project implementation, and process documentation, requiring both analytical skill and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.Essential Responsibilities

  • Systems Administration & Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain network and server infrastructure—including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and operating systems—to ensure reliable connectivity, performance, and uptime.
  • Security & Data Protection: Manage firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion prevention systems; implement and monitor data backup and recovery processes; and conduct periodic security audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Handle escalated support issues, guide lower-tier technicians, perform routine maintenance tasks, and maintain detailed documentation in the company's ticketing system.
  • IT Project Implementation & Client Collaboration: Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects focused on improving efficiency and security, present technical proposals to clients, and collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing account management.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles; translate complex information for different audiences; and continuously improve content based on feedback.

Skillsets:

  • Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server (Linux experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Mac environments is a plus (or ability to learn quickly).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or systems engineering roles.
  • Must be able to report onsite at our Davao office and work a night-shift schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php52,000.00 per month
