
HR Operations Manager

The Human Resources Manager shall be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing day-to-day HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Driving organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Managing employee relations and acting as a mediator in conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of 4 year course related to Psychology / Behavioral Science / Social Science or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager
- Proven experience in Organizational Development, with the ability to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Working Knowledge of Labor Laws, Performance Management, Basic HR Metrics, Talent Acquisition, Project Management, Compensation and Benefits Administration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
