Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Facility Maintenance staff to join our Engineering and Maintenance Department. The position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of the company's building, equipment, and utilities to ensure a safe and well-maintained workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • High School Graduate, College Level, or Vocational Course graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance.
  • Experience:
  • With at least 1 year of experience in building or facility maintenance.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or cold storage setup is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct basic repair and maintenance of facilities (electrical, plumbing, and mechanical).
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper function of utilities and equipment.
  • Assist in inspections, installations, and maintenance activities around the facility.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of all work areas.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team for any major repair or technical concern.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Can use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
  • Responsible, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
