### Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Remote Admin & Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and accounts receivable tasks. The successful candidate will work remotely and coordinate closely with on-site staff via email, phone, and cloud-based tools.

### Key Responsibilities:
#### Accounts & Finance Support
* Process daily paperwork for invoicing and data entry.
* Prepare invoices and accompanying documentation for approval.
* Send client invoices and supporting paperwork per client-specific requirements.
* Process General Journal entries (e.g., for consumables and PPE costing).
* Assist with ad hoc finance-related administrative tasks.

#### Administrative Support
* Data entry and document preparation.
* File management: upload, rename, and archive documents using cloud-based systems.
* Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare basic reports or meeting minutes.
* Order and track office supplies (through approved Australian vendors).
* Assist with arranging domestic travel (flights, accommodation) for the staff when needed.
* Prepare simple reports and assist with document formatting.
* Manage and respond to internal communications (emails, shared inboxes, etc.).

### Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in admin or accounts role (remote or office-based)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) is a must
* Excellent English communication (spoken and written)

### Key Attributes:

* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* Ability to manage time and work independently
* Comfortable with online collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
* Willing to work Australian business hours (AEST)
