About Us

Taza Real Estate is a boutique, virtual-forward real estate and property management brokerage led by a mission-driven entrepreneur based in Canada.
We manage real estate listings, investment properties, and executive-level operations across multiple ventures—including legal projects, light ministry admin, and content creation.

We're currently seeking a reliable part-time Virtual Assistant to provide support as our operations continue to grow.

Who We're Looking For

You are proactive, highly organized, and trustworthy. You enjoy working independently but also know how to collaborate and support a team. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and follow through with excellence.

This is a support role that works closely with our executive team. You'll assist with key admin tasks and step in as needed to keep things moving. While you'll collaborate with our lead VA for some tasks, you'll primarily report to the executive assistant and the business owner, depending on the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate & Admin Operations

• Assist with TREB/MLS listings and property marketing

• Maintain brokerage files and Google Drive folders

• Monitor deal deadlines and help track documents

Inbox

• Manage the business email inbox, including responding to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner

• Flag important emails and escalate when needed

Accounting Assistance

• Track receipts and expenses

• Support invoice follow-ups and payment tracking in QuickBooks

Must-Have Qualities


• Organized, loyal, and discreet

• Quick learner with initiative

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Stable internet and quiet workspace

• Confident using tools like: Google Drive, Asana, Canva, QuickBooks, Zoom, DocHub, Google Calendar

Required Experience


• Direct experience working with Canadian real estate transactions—preferably TRREB/Toronto-based

• Familiarity with MLS platforms such as REALM

• Confident using standard OREA forms for listings and transactions

Additional Assets


• Real estate admin or brokerage background

• Experience supporting a CEO or executive
