About this role

As a
US Tax Accountant
, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with day-to-day accounting and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting bank deposit analysis
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Managing bookkeeping tasks
  • Handling office administrative duties, such as downloading and organizing documents
  • Preparing paychecks and calculating payroll tax deposits
  • Preparing payroll tax returns
  • Compiling workpapers for sales tax return preparation

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related course
  • 3 years of US Accounting experience
  • Work experience as an account's administrator, bookkeeper, accountant for
    US clients is required
  • Familiarity with financial accounting statements, regulation
  • Proficient in English business writing
  • Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
