Location: Clark, Pampanga or IT Park Cebu

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The US Staff Accountant will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:

• Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Manage all aspects of the General Ledger
• Process accounts receivable/payable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Record journal entries as needed
• Maintain customer list, vendor list, employee list, and chart of accounts
• Prepare financial reports and work papers by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or any related course
• With atleast 2-3 years accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Advance Excel knowledge, PowerPoint is an advantage
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• Proficient in English business writing
