Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or any related field
  • With at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Must have knowledge or strong interest in the real estate industry, particularly in horizontal developments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work at our office in Bacolod City.
  • Must be willing to do field works.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts pricing computations and develops pricing strategies, including cost and budget monitoring for PHirst Park Homes projects
  • Prepares market research reports and competitor analysis to support project strategies
  • Assists in presenting project proposals and updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinates with various departments to ensure alignment of outputs with project goals
  • Monitors project progress, addressing concerns from an overall business perspective
  • Provides data-driven analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making
