About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre in Laguna Calabarzon. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations. This is a full-time position within LEMOINE S.A. PHILIPPINES INC'.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and direct the activities of warehouse staff to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and order fulfilment to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on warehouse activities and performance
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and distribution operations
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technology
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehousing and logistics industry
