
Account/ Project Manager for Fabrication

JOB SUMMARY
The Account/ Project Manager is responsible for developing project plans and monitoring the production of booth stands, signages and back drops to achieve require work output. He or she oversees the production process from planning to execution and ensures production targets are achieved.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Stability
- Defines project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develops project plans outlining the tasks and schedules. Ensures proper allocation of resources based on approved budget.
- Prepares cost estimates for various projects and controls spending to save on cost.
Process Excellence
- Checks quantity and quality of materials, machines, and tools to be used in the project.
- Checks booth designs and measurements of the materials.
- Ensures project standards are met through testing and validation process.
- Prepares project completion report prior to project turnover. Executes project turnover to Operations Team or to clients.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensures projects are finished on schedule and meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Sets up booth stands including other element (light, backdrop, display panels) in project sites and immediately resolves issues.
Team Management and Project Coordination
- Ensures adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Conducts regular audits and implements corrective actions as needed.
Motivation and Learning
- Supervises work of Project Foreman, carpenters, welder, and painter on a daily basis.
- Attends coaching and scheduled training sessions and actively engage in discussions and group work.
- Effectively applies new knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits at work as a result of attending coaching and training sessions.
- Collaborates with team members to help the department/unit become more productive and efficient.
BASIC RELATIONSHIP
He or she reports to the Operations Manager.
ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Confidential handling and safekeeping of proprietary information of the Company and employees
2. Preserves the company's interest in all aspect of its operation
3. Office equipment – laptop
WORKING CONDITION
Warehouse-based. Incumbent spends considerable time in developing project plans and schedules. Work involves walking and standing in long hours to check materials and tools to be used on projects and in checking measurements of booth stands. Conducts field work to set up booth stands in trade events.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Graduate of Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least two (2) to three (3) years of related work experience
OTHERS:
Strong leadership and management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in project management and resource allocation
Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and cost control
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and supervise multiple tasks
