Fabric & Print Coordinator - Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fabric Coordinator to support our NYC based Fabric & Print departments. This role will serve as the key communication bridge between offshore mills and the New York headquarters, ensuring efficient execution of all fabric and print development processes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, responsive, organized, communicative and ready to help keep things on track.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with mills to track fabric and print development
  • Coordinate strike-offs, lab dips, and sample approvals
  • Keep the NYC team informed and up to date on all development progress
  • Request and collect fabric prices for all divisions
  • Keep organized records of pricing from each mill
  • Issue and follow up on sample yardage POs
  • Track shipments and make sure yardage gets where it needs to go
  • Allocate sample yardage and keep all records updated
  • Manage and update WIP reports
  • Flag delays or risks and communicate them clearly to the team
  • Compare sample invoices with bulk fabric orders
  • Identify and help resolve any mismatches between quotes and FDS

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative or coordination experience (2+ years), ideally in a fast-paced, detail driven environment
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication, you'll be in daily contact with our NYC team and external partners
  • Highly organized with the ability to stay on top of timelines, follow ups and documentation across multiple projects
  • Proficiency in computer applications like Google workspace systems and Airtable is a plus.
  • Proactive, resourceful and not afraid to ask questions or flag issues as they come up
  • Able to work independently while keeping the team looped in strong follow through is key
  • Experience working with vendors, managing logistics, or coordinating across time zones is a plus.
  • Background in fabric or production is helpful, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
