Job Summary:

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's cash flow, liquidity, investments, and financial risk management. This role ensures that the company has adequate funds to meet its operational needs and obligations while optimizing returns on excess cash. The Treasury Manager will also lead treasury operations, manage banking relationships, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, fund management, and banking transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective cash management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
  • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners.
  • Monitor and control the company's debt obligations, credit facilities, and investment portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of treasury-related activities to management.
  • Implement and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange, interest rates, and liquidity.
  • Support financing activities, including loans, credit lines, and capital market transactions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other departments for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial management (typically 5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management, investments, debt management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems, financial modeling, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time position based in Ortigas , Pasig City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php27,500.00 per month
