Cash Management

- Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash position reports.

- Assist in forecasting cash requirements for operations and projects.

- Ensure timely funding of disbursements and payroll.

Banking Transactions

- Prepare and process bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and check issuance.

- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, investigating discrepancies as needed.

- Coordinate with banks regarding account maintenance, signatories, and treasury-related concerns.

Treasury Reporting

- Prepare and maintain treasury-related schedules and reports.

- Update management on liquidity status, fund placements, and borrowings.

- Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external audit requirements.

Administrative & Compliance Support

- Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations (BIR, BSP if applicable).

- Support treasury projects such as automation, system migration, or policy improvement.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in treasury, banking, or finance (fresh graduates with strong academic background may also be considered).
  • Knowledge of cash management, banking procedures, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of accounting/treasury systems is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
