Senior Treasury - Supervisory Level (Individual Contributor)

We are seeking a highly capable and globally experienced Treasury Supervisor (Individual Contributor) to oversee international treasury operations, optimize liquidity management, mitigate financial risks, and enhance banking relationships across our multinational footprint.

Role
As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities

Global Liquidity & Cash Management

Lead daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

Monitor global cash balances and implement strategies to improve working capital and ensure adequate liquidity.

Prepare cash flow forecasts and analyze variances againsts actuals

Banking Relationships & International Operations

Serve as primary liaison with international banking partners to optimize banking structures, reduce fees, and enhance services.

Conduct regular reviews of local and international bank account rationalization, optimizing account structures.

Manage and supervise bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements across all international accounts.

Foreign Exchange (FX) & Risk Management

Analyze and report on FX exposures and market trends affecting the business.

Monitor and negotiate on FX to minimize currency exposure

Process intercompany loans, interest accruals, and settlements

Treasury Policy, Controls & Compliance

Maintain and enforce robust treasury policies and procedures that meet internal and international regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal and external auditors on treasury-related audits and reconciliation processes.

Drive improvements in treasury-related reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Reporting

Prepares weekly, monthly and annual treasury-related reports

Support month-end and year-end close processes related to Treasury functions

Strategic Projects & Business Partnering

Lead treasury transformation projects, example, automation and process improvements

Liaise with internal departments (AR, AP, Tax, and Accounting) for treasury-related issues

Other tasks that may be assigned or delegated

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required); CPA preferably

At least 5 years of treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 2 years in international operations.

Strong hands-on experience in bank reconciliation and reconciliation management across multiple accounts and currencies.

Solid understanding of global cash management, FX exposure, intercompany, and banking rules.

Strong MS Excel skills
