About the role

As the Operations Manager - Food and Beverage at Zirconia Inc', you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company's food and beverage operations. Based in Makati City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you overseeing all aspects of the F&B department, from team management to service delivery and cost control.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, including restaurants, bars, and catering services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of F&B professionals
  • Monitor and control budgets, costs, and inventory to ensure optimal financial performance
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless integration of F&B services
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the customer experience
  • Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to drive innovation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer service
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and improving profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using technology and data analytics to drive decision-making
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
