About the Role

Intouch Tech, a UK-based IT & cyber security provider, is looking for a skilled Customer Portal Developer to build a modern customer-facing portal within our CRM system. This is a project-based role with strong potential for full-time employment if performance and fit are excellent.

What You'll Do

  • Configure and customize a client portal in a CRM/PSA platform (HaloPSA, Freshservice, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Develop the customer portal specifically within the HaloPSA platform.
  • Build ticket forms, workflows, automation rules, and user access settings.
  • Embed Power BI dashboards securely into the portal.
  • Apply branding, layout adjustments, and UI/UX enhancements.
  • Integrate CRM workflows and data using APIs or webhooks.
  • Document configurations and deliver within project timelines.
  • Complete the project deliverables within a 1-2 month timeframe.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in CRM/PSA configuration, portal development, or application administration.
  • Hands-on experience with any modern CRM/PSA platform.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, automation, forms, and user permissions.
  • Intermediate-level Power BI embedding experience with Row-Level Security (RLS) implementation capabilities.
  • Basic HTML/CSS for styling and layout improvements.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

  • Power Apps / Power Automate
  • ITIL or MSP experience
  • UI/UX or wireframing experience
