We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to take this prototype, professionalize it, and build a production-grade Logistics ERP & Client Portal.We don't want you to write every line of code from scratch. We want you to use AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to build fast, while applying your senior-level engineering skills to ensure security, architecture, and logic are flawless.Core ResponsibilitiesAccelerated Development: Use AI coding assistants to rapidly build and iterate on standard modules (Forms, Tables, CRUD operations).Multi-User Architecture: Architect a secure system with strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):Internal Ops: Modules for Inventory Control, Route Scheduling, Sales Quoting, and Accounting.Client Portal: A restricted, high-polish view where customers verify items and track orders without seeing internal data.Complex Logic & Integrations: Connect the app to external APIs for specific functions (e.g., Google/Mapbox for routing, Quickbooks/Xero for accounting).Security & Quality Control: Review and "harden" all AI-generated code. Ensure no data leaks occur between different clients.Requirements (Must-Haves)3+ Years Experience: Full Stack Web Development + React/Vue).AI-Literate: You embrace tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT to speed up development, but you know how to audit the code for bugs and security holes.Data Security: Deep understanding of separating user data. You must know how to ensure Client A never sees Client B's inventory.Business Logic: Experience building systems that track workflows (e.g., Quote -> Order -> Delivery -> Invoice).Verification RequirementTo apply, you must include a portfolio or video walkthrough (Loom) of a backend system you have built. We want to see how you handle data complexity.Soft SkillsDirect & No-Nonsense: If the AI writes bad code, you fix it. If a feature is too complex, you suggest a simpler solution.Detail-Oriented: "White Glove" means perfection.
