Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd year in college or underboard college graduate of Nursing, or Nursing Assistant Course (NCII Training for Caregiving).
  • Physically and mentally fit to work.
  • Demonstrates emotional and psychological stability.
  • Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assists the nurse on duty in doing nursing procedures for patients attended at the Delivery Room ( i.e. preparing instruments, medical supplies for suturing, Foley Cath insertion, NGT insertion, etc.).

  2. Carries on errands such as procuring items from the Pharmacy, CSR, Linen Department, and bringing requests to other departments.

  3. Assists in taking vital signs and weighing patients for consultation.

  4. Assists physicians with procedures needed in patient care (i.e. prostatic massage, insertion of the catheter, and NGT.

  5. Ensures the safe transport of patients for admission to the floors.

  6. Ensures the safe transport and handling of specimens to the laboratory.

  7. The proper authorities may prescribe such other duties from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
