Manage and oversee the operations of the branch, ensuring they meet company objectives and maintain standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Business Strategy

  2. Monitor sales performance of the branch by clearly and concisely communicating the business and store objectives to all team members.

  3. Stock Management

  4. Achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss.

  5. Communicate with the Merchandising team regarding the stocks in the area to maximize stock potential.

  6. Oversee an adequate merchandise supplies and stocks inventories.

  7. Customer Engagement/Satisfaction

  8. Implement safety and security control measures which include safety of employees; safety of customers/visitors/etc.; security against merchandise loss/damage/pilferage.

  9. Ascertain customer satisfaction and continued patronage through efficient performance of customer service function.

  10. Store Operations

  11. Oversee overall store operations and ensure that the store adhere to compliance requirements in operations, company policies and procedures.

  12. Ensure consistent attainment of sales quotas/targets.

  13. People Management

  14. Evaluate staff's performance and ensure that company standards are maintained.

  15. Facilitate and cascade communication across the store organization.
  16. Manage, train, and develop the team to drive business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must have a supervisory experience in any industry
  • Willing to be assigned at our SM Manila or SM Sta. Mesa Branch
