Store Planning Manager

The Store Planning Manager is responsible for the layout and design of stores, making sure that they are in line with the brand's image and satisfy the requirements of the customers. The successful candidate will work with a variety of stakeholders to design designs for fixtures, layouts, and displays. Additionally, the Store Planning Manager oversees timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to manage the design and construction of stores.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic store layouts, ensuring optimal space utilization and product placement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute store remodels, renovations, and expansions.
  • Oversee the design and installation of fixtures, lighting, signage, and other visual elements to create an attractive and functional store environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any of the following courses:
    Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Extensive experience in store planning and design, including conceptualization, layout optimization, and fixture selection.
  • Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in store layout, visual merchandising, and customer flow.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software to create detailed store layouts, effectively communicating design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple store design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
