About the role

Become a key member of the adidas team as a Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving the success of our store. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, leading and motivating your team, and ensuring our high standards are met.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and supervise the store team, providing guidance, support and training to ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked and adheres to visual merchandising standards
  • Handle cash and inventory management, including processing sales transactions and monitoring stock levels
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving store operations and processes

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years' experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or team leading capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in cash handling, inventory management and data analysis
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for the adidas brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
