Run the day-to-day activities of the department by taking care of back-end operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • COMMUNICATE INDIVIDUAL SALES TARGET & NEW PROMOTIONS: Inform selling team about individual sales targets, new offers & alert Category Merchandising Manager of product/promo problems.
  • MANAGE INVENTORY: Track current stock levels plus pending deliveries vs. sales trend to alert Category Merchandising Managers of possible stockouts & slow-moving items
  • CHECK ITEMS FOR PULL-OUT: Inspect items for transfer or RTV to ensure correctness of product type & quantity, process in MMS & sign the required documents.
  • MANAGE OPEX: Manage the operating budget of the department by ordering the right number of supplies, monitoring use & safe keeping extra items.
  • ADMINISTER STAFF: Monitor attendance of sales clerks & manage absences by re-assigning task to remaining staff (manage plantilla, leaves, issues violation reports)

QUALIFICATION:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree
  • With atleast 3 years relevant work experience in supervisory
  • Personable, creative, sales-oriented and with above average communication
  • Willing to be assigned for one of our SM Branch: Mall of Asia, Aura, Davao, Cagayan De oro, Manila, & Cebu
