Job Overview:

The Sales and Collection Representative is responsible for securing customer orders and collecting payments, while also fostering strong client relationships and representing the company in a positive manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Territory management (sales and collection)
  • Account management
  • New business acquisition
  • Customer care and retention
  • Lead generation and follow-up
  • Product knowledge
  • Sales forecasting

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration with good scholastic record
  • Possesses at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience in comparable role involving customer account management or related functions
  • Strong business sense and motivation for sales
  • Adept in product knowledge and attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skills (approachable with pleasing personality)
  • Good organization, coordination and time management skills
  • Good customer service and prospecting skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Must be proactive and initiative
  • Must be organized and meticulous
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Proficient in using computers and knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form
  • With excellent critical thinking skills
  • Has a happy, warm and caring disposition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
