Role Description

As a Sales Executive, expect to be in the front lines of our GenAI sales motion—creating opportunities, managing pipelines, and helping close deals that introduce organizations to ChatGPT Enterprise and AI-driven change management programs.

You'll handle inbound inquiries, research and reach out to new prospects, and coordinate deal progress across our sales, marketing, and delivery teams. This role blends strategic curiosity, structured execution, and people empathy—ideal for someone who wants to learn full-cycle B2B sales in a fast-paced consultative tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation: You create your own luck through multi-channel sales strategy including cold calling, personalized emails, and social media outreach.

  • Lead qualification: Assess the needs and pain points of prospects to determine if they are a good fit. Leads can come through your outreach and through marketing, events, and referrals.

  • Discovery calls: Conduct initial introduction and discovery calls to identify client pain points and assess fit.

  • Deal management: Handle deal logistics and admin, including pipeline tracking, proposals, scheduling, contract writing, and documentation.

  • Collaboration: Work with senior sellers, consulting leaders, and partners to develop tailored proposals.

  • Account research and personalization: Use tools and AI prompts to research accounts, personalize outreach, and craft value-driven messages.

  • Client management: Maintain high standards of follow-through, client responsiveness, and CRM accuracy by recording all client interactions consistently.

  • Enablement support: Contribute to reporting, campaign tracking, and client onboarding coordination to strengthen sales operations.

Requirements

Must Have Qualities We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development, consulting, or strategy and business analysis.

  • Demonstrated drive to win—competitive spirit, persistence, and resourcefulness in outreach.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—keeps deals moving and data clean.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication—confidence engaging with executives and teams.

  • Analytical and structured thinking—understands business processes and can spot opportunities for automation or efficiency.

  • Eagerness to learn AI/GenAI technologies and sales strategy.

  • Comfortable using CRMs, sales enablement tools, and collaboration platforms.
