Job description:

URGENT HIRING

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree Medical Allied or Business Related;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Prior experience working in a hospital/clinical setting is an advantage but not required;
  • Can start immediately.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing patient charts and gathering information and documents from patients.
  • Ensuring that the medical records are organized, accurate and complete.
  • Greet and assist patients both in person and over the phone.
  • Handle all incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all information regarding doctors, staff, and patients.
  • Serve as a liaison between medical departments while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently in all activities.
  • Accurately document patient visits for record-keeping purposes.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
