Job description:
URGENT HIRING
Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree Medical Allied or Business Related;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Prior experience working in a hospital/clinical setting is an advantage but not required;
- Can start immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing patient charts and gathering information and documents from patients.
- Ensuring that the medical records are organized, accurate and complete.
- Greet and assist patients both in person and over the phone.
- Handle all incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all information regarding doctors, staff, and patients.
- Serve as a liaison between medical departments while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently in all activities.
- Accurately document patient visits for record-keeping purposes.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
