About the role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team at our sister company Mazwin. This full-time position will be based in Marikina City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial role in supporting our organisation's HR initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures and programmes to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, conducting background checks and facilitating the on-boarding process
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files, and ensure timely updates to employee information
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and leave management
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of HR-related training and development programmes
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and company events
  • Provide HR-related support and advice to managers and employees, helping to address any HR-related concerns or queries

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and labour laws applicable in the Philippines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to work with HR information systems
  • Adaptable, proactive and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to contributing to the success of the organisation
