Position Overview

As a Line Cook, you'll support the kitchen by preparing and cooking dishes from both the burger and flatbread menus. Expect a fast-paced environment where maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute menu items following standard recipes and preparation guidelines for both Pound (burgers, fries, sides) and Flatterie (flatbreads, pasta, dips).
  • Maintain high standards of plating and presentation, ensuring consistency across dishes.
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked with ingredients.
  • Assist in inventory control, prep work, and proper storage of supplies.
  • Uphold strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Coordinate effectively with culinary team members to ensure smooth service flows.
