
Radio Frequency Pre Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales and Technical Engineer (Radio Frequency) to join our team
Qualifications:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or any course related
- At least 2–4 years of experience in RF engineering; experience in broadcasting or telecom is a plus.
- Proficient in RF simulation and testing tools
- Knowledge of communication systems is an advantage.
- Can design, simulate, and analyze RF systems for communication and radar applications.
- Can support integration and testing of RF components (e.g., antennas, transmitters, receivers).
- Can perform link budget analysis, EMI/EMC assessments, and spectrum management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet technical requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and support system-level verification.

- Knowledgeable in basic IP networking
- Knowledgeable in using RF tools and equipment
- Ability to provide and deliver technical presentations confidently
- Ability to build business relationship with vendor partner and customer
Job Functions:
- Continuous build-up/ research and launching of new or innovative products.
- Understands the features and functionality of the products jointly with the Engineering Support.
- Envisions how technology will be positioned to the customers while setting the technical strategy and will also look at how to further implement new technologies to ensure its success in the market.
- Sets up the departmental strategy and fuels technological infrastructure, and will analyze target markets, and create business models.
- Finds "save to grow" solutions that is attuned to the customer(s) needs.
- Conducts team planning, online meeting or table discussions to address commercial, technical and relationship challenges currently being faced with the principal partners/suppliers.
- Maintains and manages Principal/ Partner relationship with the technology and equipment suppliers.
- Involves in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Identifies areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to address current and future requirements of the customers.
- Assists Operations Support in developing pricing strategies and analysis to win a project or bid.
- Constantly talks with sales for the network of the customer being handled and explore what other solutions can be proposed.
- Ensures compliance of specifications sought by the customers and find a work around solutions in case of non-compliance.
- Prepares Cost Effective Bill of Materials/Configuration.
- Requests/ arranges for sales and technical training with the vendor partners to strengthen sales and engineering capabilities of our personnel.
- Prepares Bid Materials that is well-studied in terms of its cost effectiveness, technology strength, vendor partner's support/experience and reputation, and our local strength to serve SLA and project implementation.
- Conducts POC/ Trials with the Customer and document result of the testing of the said product being assigned.
- Conducts pre-delivery testing (PDI) / inspection upon delivery (IUD).
- Follows the test set-up/ parameters, and the terms indicated in the Statement of Compliance when conducting the same.
- Assists the team on ground with regards to the technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Assists customer/client about the issues onsite via phone, emails or chats.
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves the said issues and maintain procedural documents and reports.
- Performs test fixes to ensure that problem has been adequately resolved.
- Extends support to the team in terms of technical documentation.
