Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager (BPO – HealthCare with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)) at Kavi Global, located in Iloilo. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage healthcare RCM processes, ensure client satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement. They will also be responsible for team leadership, performance management, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and BPO operations
  • Skills in team leadership, performance management, and operations management
  • Proficiency with industry standards and compliance regulations in healthcare
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Iloilo
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
