JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develops manufacturing processes at the production line, including process improvement, technical support, and system configuration for cost reduction.
  • Creates work instructions and standard operation sheet for rear body production.
  • Analyzes production output efficiency and recommends countermeasure on process errors.
  • Ensures that safety practices and procedures are observed in the production area.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, industrial Engineering, or related course.
  • With at least 3 years of related experience; experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the technical aspects of production process.
  • Has experience in conducting Time and Motion Study.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
  • With valid Driver's License.
