Brief Statement of Duties / Work to be performed:

  • Gathers data and analyzes trends and history of controlled environment parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, differential pressure and others.
  • Prepares Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan with coordination to his/her Supervisor prior to seeking the approval of the Section Manager.
  • Analyzes equipment maintenance history records, checks and recommends possible improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
  • Prepares summary report of electrical and water consumptions and identify factors that possibly affect the results.
  • Formulates, proposes, and processes necessary corrective actions for issued NCR, IQA findings and other documents related to Quality Management System and/or government regulations to comply with its requirements.
  • Prepares necessary training module to enhance technical skills of Facility associates based on the current training needs and recommendations.
  • Performs specific responsibility (after due training & qualification) once assigned as Calibration PIC, NCR PIC, Pest Control PIC, Training PIC, DCC PIC, and Project PIC and ensures that all necessary records and documents complies with all the applicable standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of electrical, electronics, and other engineering courses
  • With at least 3-5 years' experience in Manufacturing Industries/Facilities Operations.
  • MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Maintenance Documentation based on ISO standards, and knowledgeable in government requirements and documentations.
  • Knowledgeable in operation and maintenance of facility equipment, compressor, chillers, air-conditioning units, cooling towers, pump and others.
  • Able to read, analyze & interpret as-built drawing, electrical, and mechanical diagrams/layouts.
