The Receiving and Dispatch Utility Clerk (RDUC) is responsible for clerical and documentation tasks related to the movement of goods in the store. The role focuses on record-keeping, coordination, and ensuring that all items received or dispatched are properly documented and accounted for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and record documents for received and dispatched goods.
- Verify delivery receipts, invoices, and stock transfer documents for accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel and store departments for stock movement.
- Encode data and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in monitoring incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Support the RDUA and warehouse team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate (preferably in Business or related course)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and clerical tasks
- With or without experience (training provided)
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
- Organized, reliable, and has good attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php695.00 per day
