TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provides technical support to Sales Department specifically but not limited to product demonstrations, technical meetings, ocular visit, repairs and maintenance, installation and troubleshooting problem that may arise with the project installations as assigned by his superior
  • Prepares Design, Estimated Work Sheet (EWS) for checking and approval of Technical Head
  • Conducts testing of equipment and technical training to clients on-site
  • Does ocular visits to sites of prospect projects
  • Projects a superior level of customer service to internal and external clients

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Has experience and knowledge in Audio-Visual solutions
  • Can operate, configure and install AV requirements
  • Understands AV design & lay-outs
  • Applicants must be willing to work in San Juan City and be deployed in different projects sites as needed
  • 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
