Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communication, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. This role plays a key part in improving customer satisfaction, streamlining processes, and helping the sales team meet targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Support & Administration

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and other documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and orders.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery through coordination with logistics and operations.

2. Customer Service & Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with clients to confirm orders, schedules, and service requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to appropriate departments.

3. Coordination & Scheduling

  • Organize meetings, appointments, and presentations for the sales team.
  • Coordinate internal communication between sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Track order status and update customers and sales staff as needed.

4. Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
  • Maintain CRM databases and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and supporting demand planning activities.

5. Sales Process Improvement

  • Support improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Experience with office systems and order processing is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
