Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in the packaging and printing industry. The role is responsible for supporting the sales department in managing client accounts, processing orders, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of packaging materials and printing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor customer orders from quotation to delivery.
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time completion.
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other required documentation for the sales department.
  • Communicate with clients regarding order status, product inquiries, and after-sales support.
  • Assist the sales team with presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate replenishment when needed.
  • Maintain organized records of sales transactions and client information.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure all company standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in the packaging and printing industry.
  • Knowledgeable in packaging materials, printing processes (offset, flexographic, digital, etc.), and production workflow.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with sales monitoring systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented.
