We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate closely with production to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Team in daily operations, documentation, and reporting.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and customer requests.
  • Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Inventory departments for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, pricing, and pending transactions.
  • Communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules, product availability, and concerns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of production processes or supply chain is an advantage.
