Product Test Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional and performance tests on finished products or components.
  • Inspect and verify that products meet required technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Record test results accurately and prepare detailed reports on findings.
  • Identify, document, and report product defects, malfunctions, or non-conformities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing defective units.
  • Coordinate with engineers and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Ensure all testing tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during testing activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in product testing and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Vocational or Technical Course in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
  • Preferably with TESDA NC II/III Certification related to Electrical or Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in product testing, quality inspection, or technical servicing.
  • Knowledgeable in using testing tools (e.g., multimeter, clamp meter, pressure gauge).
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
  • Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on testing work.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision and under time pressure.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
