Outbound Technician

We are looking for Outbound Coffee Machine Technician to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for coffee equipments. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction during field visits.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

• Provides for repair service and clients support during field visit
• Manage all on-site installation, repair maintenance and machine test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• The field service technician performs different types of support within customers location such as machine assessment, troubleshooting, setup and installation of coffee equipment.
• Perform periodic inspection and calibration of machines at site.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Electrical/Technical Degree, Electronic or Engineering Technology course or vocational course in Technical Certification is accepted.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Know how to drive motorcycle
• Multi-tasking functions handled

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Las Piñas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
